What you get: Console only!<br>What's good about it? Thermal paste and WiFi card have been replaced. Unit operates with stability.<br>What's wrong with it? HDMI port works but usually there's no sound. Also, the disc drive has failed. <br><br>This Xbox has definitely seen better days for sure. But for me it's cost prohibitive to further improve it. The disc drive cannot be swapped as it is married to the motherboard via firmware. I suppose if you can edit the firmware file to match that of a new drive, that could be fixed but I don't have the ability to do that. I've given this a thorough cleaning and applied new thermal paste. I reset the console from the original owner and you will need to do the same once you get it. Either that or just make a new user ID.
